Refund Policy for Services

All services provided by Akins IT, Inc. are non-refundable once work has begun or the consultation has been completed.

If you need to cancel a scheduled service before it starts, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
